Crowning Glory

There is some serious flower crown envy going on here! A number of rich and romantic roses, much skill, and voila, a floral masterpiece.

Styling Thornton Hall Country Park

Nestled within 250 acres of idyllic countryside with outstanding views, this is a new and exclusive purpose built wedding venue, which also boasts award-winning catering.

Vintage Winter Weddings, who also had the task of styling the venue, did not disappoint. Tables burst with blooms and the glassware tasteful. Berries and miniature pumpkins brought natural colour to the table and gold lanterns and candles added a touch of romance.

The Dresses

Lancashire based Anne Whittaker Bridal provided model Rebecca with two dreamy ‘Enzoani Beautiful’ dresses. The first (#BT19-19) was a high-neck-number with a lace body and long, floating skirt.
Wedding flower crownThe second (#Bt18-8) was sheer-backed, lacy and sophisticated. This second gown features a removable over dress leaving behind a simple lace slip. Perfect for those wanting an outfit ‘change’ for the evening celebrations.

Hair and Makeup

One of How to I Do‘s featured makeup artists, Lou Mac, can be credited with this gorgeous makeup. Rebecca’s fair skin was complemented by the deep tones of that berry lip. Talk about an English Rose.
Hair was by Bridal Boutique Hair & Makeup. Romantic, soft curls and a relaxed updo both convey at-ease sophistication. Horse optional!
We love the off-centre side plait. A bride with a braid for a touch of girlish fun.

Photography

The lead photographer and shoot co-ordinator was Laura Duggleby Photography working with Amy Chambers Photography. The setting provided a great backdrop for these ultra-vivid and atmospheric shots.

Stationery

Kirsty from K Designs created this gorgeous gold and gilded stationery. weddings at thornton hall country park
